Certes, la France \u00e9tait dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 participer imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres, mais l&#8217;Espagne a demand\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0plus de temps\u00a0\u00bb. Le TGV, le premier d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine, aura une longitude totale de 511 kilom\u00e8tres et devrait \u00eatre inaugur\u00e9 en 2020.
