Les \u00e9preuves de s\u00e9lection consisteront en une \u00e9valuation des connaissances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales op\u00e9rationnelles et de l\u2019avion, un test d\u2019anglais, un test psychotechnique, un entretien personnel, un essai en simulateur, ainsi qu\u2019un cours post\u00e9rieur pour les copilotes retenus.  Vueling exploite actuellement 366 trajets dans plus de 160 destinations en Europe, au Proche Orient et en Afrique avec une flotte de plus de 100 avions bas\u00e9s dans 22 a\u00e9roports.
