L\u2019h\u00f4tel offrira un service de conciergerie priv\u00e9e, permettant ainsi aux clients de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de services tels que la r\u00e9servation de mega yatch pour des r\u00e9unions de travail ou toute autre exp\u00e9rience demand\u00e9e par une client\u00e8le de plus en plus exigeante quant \u00e0 leurs activit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<p>Ibiza conna\u00eet un boom important depuis 24 mois. Les prix ont augment\u00e9 de 30% sur l\u2019\u00eele depuis 12 mois et les fonds internationaux comme <em>Hispania<\/em> convertissent les h\u00f4tels 4 \u00e9toiles en h\u00f4tels 5 \u00e9toiles.
