En 2018, il est estim\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0<strong>152.000 euros<\/strong>, selon le rapport <em>Marketbeat Hospitality<\/em> du cabinet de conseil<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.es\/\"> Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Les transactions entre 120.000 euros et 150.000 euros ont augment\u00e9 de seize points, tandis que les achats d\u2019un montant compris entre 60.000 euros et 120.000 euros ont diminu\u00e9 de 10 points. <em>&#8220;Cela montre une fois de plus que les prix des actifs ont continu\u00e9 d&#8217;augmenter, en particulier dans les quartiers strat\u00e9giques et les villes comme Madrid et Barcelone&#8221;, <\/em>analyse\u00a0l&#8217;\u00e9tude du cabinet.<\/p>\n<p>La hausse des prix n&#8217;affecte toutefois pas seulement les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;h\u00f4tels, mais \u00e9galement ceux qui les louent. Les loyers compris entre 9.000 et 12.000 euros par chambre repr\u00e9sentent 35% du total des contrats.
