Le groupe a re\u00e7u d&#8217;autres offres, mais elles ne concernaient qu&#8217;une partie du portefeuille. (Eje Prime)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le fonds a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une offre pour le portefeuille d&#8217;actifs immobiliers d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elcorteingles.es\/\">El Corte Ingl\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>, qui comprend des centres commerciaux, des bureaux et d&#8217;autres types d&#8217;actifs tels que des parkings, des sols ou des logements.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, l<strong>e groupe dispose de 95 actifs \u00e0 vendre<\/strong> r\u00e9partis dans diff\u00e9rentes villes d\u2019Espagne. En avril, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apollo.com\/\">Apollo<\/a> a soumis une offre pour tous les actifs, proposition qui n&#8217;a pas convaincu l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de direction d&#8217;<em>El Corte Ingl\u00e9s<\/em>, selon <a href=\"https:\/\/cincodias.elpais.com\/cincodias\/2019\/05\/22\/companias\/1558550761_513955.html\">Cinco D\u00edas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre le processus et a offert aux parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es la possibilit\u00e9 de soumissionner une partie du portefeuille afin de maximiser la valeur des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, cette formule pourrait provoquer l&#8217;accumulation de biens non vendus. Il n\u2019est donc pas exclu que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 accepte <strong>la proposition d\u2019Apollo si ce dernier se d\u00e9cide \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019offre<\/strong>.
