(Eje Prime)<\/p>\n<p class=\"long\"><span class=\"times-dropcap\">I<\/span>ntu veut construire le plus grand centre commercial en Espagne. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re britannique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans ce type d&#8217;actifs est \u00e0 la recherche de partenaires ou d&#8217;acheteurs pour pouvoir construire le projet <em>Intu Costa del Sol<\/em>, un grand complexe \u00e0 construire \u00e0 Torremolinos (M\u00e1laga), selon <em>Cinco D\u00edas<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit d\u2019investir 700 millions d\u2019euros dans la construction du nouveau centre commercial<\/strong>, qui comportera 12 zones distinctes, deux h\u00f4tels, 70 restaurants, un parc de 250.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, une salle de congr\u00e8s, un th\u00e9\u00e2tre et m\u00eame un cirque stable.<\/p>\n<p>En tout \u00e9tat de cause, <strong>la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique serait \u00e9galement dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 vendre l&#8217;actif si elle recevait des offres d&#8217;environ 250 millions d&#8217;euros<\/strong>. En ce sens, la banque d\u2019investissement nord-am\u00e9ricaine Eastdil Secured conseille Intu sur ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>Intu est en train de d\u00e9sinvestir pour r\u00e9duire sa dette, qui d\u00e9passe 5.000 millions d&#8217;euros.
