Une fois achev\u00e9, ce projet sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le groupe h\u00f4telier Barcel\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Barcel\u00f3 a confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 <em>HOSTELTUR<\/em> avoir sign\u00e9 fin 2016 un accord avec les promoteurs pour exploiter cet h\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n<p>Le complexe occupera 90.000 m2, ce qui en fera le plus grand de l&#8217;\u00eele, selon le site Web du PHI.<\/p>\n<p>Il est situ\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion de Playa Blanca, sur la c\u00f4te sud de l&#8217;\u00eele, dans la municipalit\u00e9 de<strong> Yaiza.<\/strong> C&#8217;est une grande station touristique avec 4 \u00e9toiles et 720 chambres.<\/p>\n<p>Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de 13 espaces diff\u00e9rents, un <strong>espace Premium<\/strong> de 130 chambres et des services exclusifs, 10.000 m2 de piscines et de circuits d\u2019eau, un spa et une discoth\u00e8que.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet comprend la construction d&#8217;un <strong>centre commercial<\/strong> ainsi que d&#8217;un <strong>centre de congr\u00e8s<\/strong> et d&#8217;un<strong> auditorium<\/strong> qui ajouteront une superficie de 2.000 m2.<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux de terrassement ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9, selon le <em>Diario de Lanzarote<\/em>, qui pr\u00e9cise qu&#8217;ils auront une dur\u00e9e d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de 36 mois et ne seront donc pas achev\u00e9s avant 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Source et suite: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hosteltur.com\/129910_comienzan-las-obras-del-mayor-resort-de-lanzarote-con-92-m-de-inversion.html\">Hosteltur<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe canarien Hermanos Dom\u00ednguez encourage la construction de ce qui sera le plus grand complexe h\u00f4telier de l&#8217;\u00eele de Lanzarote: la station baln\u00e9aire de la Costa Papagayo, avec un investissement estim\u00e9 \u00e0 92 millions d&#8217;euros.(Hosteltur) Le projet h\u00f4telier a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 au groupe International Hospitality Projects (IHP).
