Le groupe immobilier a annonc\u00e9 l&#8217;achat d&#8217;un b\u00e2timent industriel de 3.000 m2 au num\u00e9ro 9 de la rue Anastasio Herrero \u00e0 Madrid, afin de construire un nouveau d\u00e9veloppement de 32 logements qui sera commercialis\u00e9 en 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Ce nouveau d\u00e9veloppement aura un &#8220;concept non conventionnel&#8221;, tel que rapport\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En ce sens, la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 aura une piscine int\u00e9rieure, ainsi que des espaces communs de loisirs et de d\u00e9tente et un espace de coworking.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Dazia a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 cette op\u00e9ration par le biais de Dazeo, une joint-venture cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2018 avec Eurazeo Patrimoine, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 investi dans quatre projets \u00e0 Madrid.
