L&#8217;h\u00f4tel compte 139 chambres r\u00e9parties sur 13 \u00e9tages, un toit avec une piscine ext\u00e9rieure, une salle de sport et un coin repas. L&#8217;op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e9e par la Cbre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Avec cette acquisition, Henderson Park renforce sa position en Espagne, o\u00f9 il a atterri en 2017 lors de l\u2019acquisition de l\u2019immeuble de bureaux Los Cubos.
