Sa participation est \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 44 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est la quatri\u00e8me soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re espagnole dans laquelle l&#8217;homme d&#8217;affaires mexicain investit, apr\u00e8s avoir acquis 3 % de Quabit au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e. Il contr\u00f4le \u00e9galement Realia et FCC Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>Metrovacesa est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par la Banque Santander, qui d\u00e9tient 49,3 % des actions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
