Family Cash a vendu un portefeuille de sept hypermarch\u00e9s \u00e0 un fonds d&#8217;investissement paneurop\u00e9en pour 33 millions d&#8217;euros. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une op\u00e9ration de <em>sale &amp; leaseback <\/em>qui servira \u00e0 financer le plan d&#8217;expansion de l&#8217;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Les actifs sont situ\u00e9s dans la Communaut\u00e9 de Valence et la R\u00e9gion de Murcie et ont une surface locative brute (GLA) de 54.300 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et pr\u00e8s de 3.150 places de parking, au total. Tous les biens ont des contrats de location de valeur.
