Le fonds canadien vient de conclure l&#8217;acquisition d&#8217;un autre actif embl\u00e9matique : l&#8217;h\u00f4tel Princesa \u00e0 Madrid, selon El Confidencial. <\/p>\n<p>La signature d\u00e9finitive est attendue pour la fin du mois de mai, bien que <strong>Colony NorthStar<\/strong>, propri\u00e9taire de l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement, ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 son feu vert \u00e0 la vente. Les plans de Brookfield consistent \u00e0 transformer l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement, pour lequel il a accept\u00e9 de payer environ 175 millions d&#8217;euros, en un nouvel \u00e9tablissement Selenta, une cha\u00eene qui entrerait ainsi \u00e0 Madrid par la grande porte. <\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9 au num\u00e9ro 40 de la calle\u00a0Princesa, le b\u00e2timent qui abrite l&#8217;h\u00f4tel s&#8217;\u00e9tend sur <strong>35.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s<\/strong> et compte 409 chambres, quatorze suites et plus de 1.500 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux salles de r\u00e9union et d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements. <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Brookfield a acquis quatre h\u00f4tels de Selenta l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Brookfield a achet\u00e9 la cha\u00eene h\u00f4teli\u00e8re Selenta en juillet de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, qui comprend l&#8217;h\u00f4tel Sofia et l&#8217;h\u00f4tel Expo, tous deux \u00e0 Barcelone, le Don Carlos \u00e0 Marbella et le complexe Mare Nostrum \u00e0 Tenerife.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es du cabinet de conseil Christie&amp;Co, les transactions h\u00f4teli\u00e8res se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>3,19 milliards d&#8217;euros<\/strong>, un chiffre 3,5 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&#8217;investissement en 2020.
