La composition du portefeuille sera variable, avec une r\u00e9partition allant de 15 % \u00e0 35 % entre bureaux, commerces, plateformes logistiques et logements. Les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents recevront entre 10 % et 25 % de ces actifs.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan g\u00e9ographique, entre 30 % et 70 % des actifs seront situ\u00e9s en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, entre 20 % et 60 % en Europe et entre 0 % et 15 % en Asie-Pacifique. Les autres march\u00e9s repr\u00e9senteront entre 0 % et 10 %.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Knapp, directeur de la division immobili\u00e8re mondiale de NBIM, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Bloomberg que les centres de donn\u00e9es ne constitueraient pas un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement.
