Les variations dans les quartiers de Madrid sont dans une fourchette similaire, il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 des augmentations annuelles g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es et il n&rsquo;y a pas de diminutions significatives m\u00eame dans les localit\u00e9s p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques.
