Tour d&rsquo;horizon des plus beaux \u00e9difices cherchant acqu\u00e9reurs.  <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">La Torre Madrid<\/span><\/span><\/strong>  <span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Cet immeuble appartient \u00e0 Metrovacesa mais n&rsquo;a jamais trouv\u00e9 acqu\u00e9reur \u00e0 cause des importants travaux \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir. Il a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9 et transform\u00e9 en r\u00e9sidence de luxe, et les appartements sont vendus un par un.<\/span><\/span>  <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">El Edificio Espa\u00f1a<\/span><\/span><\/strong>  <span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">L&rsquo;immeuble embl\u00e9matique de la Plaza Espa\u00f1a est toujours vide, apr\u00e8s avoir abrit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;en 2006 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel Crowne Espa\u00f1a. Il appartient \u00e0 la banque Santander qui essaie de le vendre depuis plusieurs mois. Plusieurs propositions, dont une d&rsquo;Amancio Ortega, n&rsquo;auraient pas abouti \u00e0 cause du prix trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 et des importants travaux de r\u00e9novation \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir. <\/span><\/span>  <strong><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">La Torre Titania<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>  <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, qui a rachet\u00e9 l&rsquo;immeuble, souhaite garder les sept premiers \u00e9tages et vendre les douze autres.
