D\u2019apr\u00e8s les informations recueillies aupr\u00e8s de la cha\u00eene lors d\u2019un communiqu\u00e9, l\u2019h\u00f4tel sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Latin American Hospitality Management, filiale du groupe Agrisal, et franchis\u00e9 par un affili\u00e9 du groupe h\u00f4telier.  La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien six projets au total avec le groupe Agrisal. Le nouvel h\u00f4tel se composera de 114 chambres, outre une piscine int\u00e9rieure, un centre de fitness et des salles de r\u00e9union.  <strong>UN MARCH\u00c9 CL\u00c9<\/strong>  L\u2019introduction de la marque dans la ville de Managua fait partie de la strat\u00e9gie du groupe aux effets d\u2019agrandir son portefeuille sur les march\u00e9s cl\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le responsable de la zone Am\u00e9rique Latine, Cara\u00efbes et Am\u00e9riques d\u2019IHG, \u00c1lvaro Diago.  \u00ab\u00a0Nous visualisons un grand potentiel pour nos marques au Nicaragua avec IHG qui y poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 un portefeuille de marques reconnues \u00e0 \u00e9chelle internationale et nous esp\u00e9rons poursuivre notre bonne relation avec notre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.
