Le projet avait \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9\u00a0pendant la crise et rena\u00eet\u00a0aujourd&rsquo;hui gr\u00e2ce\u00a0au boom touristique et \u00e0 la croissance des investissements \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Selon le\u00a0journal en ligne HostelTur, 5 phares auraient re\u00e7u des propositions de rachat.
