Et c&rsquo;est la ville de Miami qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie, une d\u00e9cision qui ne s&rsquo;est pas faite par hasard. Pourquoi ? Car la ville de Floride figure \u00e0 la 20\u00e8me place du classement mondial des villes les plus ch\u00e8res; avec un prix moyen de 333.600 dollars pour une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de luxe; selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbreresidential.com\/uk\/sites\/uk-residential\/files\/CBRE-Global%20Living-Artwork-Phase%206-v18.pdf\">le rapport de Global Living 2019 de CBRE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet du groupe russe est la construction de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unaresidences.com\/\">la tour Una<\/a>, un immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel de 125 logements. Le design a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par les bureaux Gordon Gill Architecture et Adrian Smith, \u00e0 qui l&rsquo;on doit la Burj Khalifa, le plus haut gratte-ciel du monde \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Conqu\u00e9rir le march\u00e9 latino<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9 \u00e0 M\u00e9xico, Oko group souhaite conqu\u00e9rir le march\u00e9 latino avec ce nouveau projet. Miami est une ville attractive pour les \u00e9trangers, en particulier les Mexicains qui font partie des principaux acheteurs \u00e9trangers, selon le rapport<span lang=\"fr\">\u00a0\u00e9labor\u00e9 en 2018 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridarealtors.org\/ResearchAndStatistics\/Other-Research-Reports\/upload\/2018-Profile-of-International-Residential-Real-Estate-Activity-in-Florida.pdf\">National Association of Realtors<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La tour Una se situera en premi\u00e8re ligne de mer face \u00e0\u00a0Biscayne Bay\u00a0<span lang=\"fr\">\u00e0 East Edgewater. L&rsquo;investissement total pour d\u00e9velopper le projet devrait \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 250.000 dollars.
