Le promoteur Civitas Pacensis va construire un parc de 2.700 logements avec un investissement de 300 millions d&rsquo;euros, le plus grand projet de la ville depuis la crise \u00e9conomique. L&rsquo;entreprise esp\u00e8re commencer les travaux en octobre et livrer les premi\u00e8res maisons dans deux ans.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Le promoteur a achet\u00e9 un terrain de 54 hectares pour 30 millions d&rsquo;euros et cherche des partenaires pour promouvoir le parc de logements. De plus, les plans du projet pr\u00e9voient la construction de 56.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d&rsquo;espaces verts, 132.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements publics et 16.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d&rsquo;espace commercial, selon <em>Expansi\u00f3n<\/em>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pour mettre en \u0153uvre le projet, une modification du Plan Municipal de 2007 est n\u00e9cessaire, ce qui n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;approbation du Conseil Municipal et de la Communaut\u00e9.
