Le projet du groupe Villar Mir et de l’entrepreneur philippin Andrew Tan abritera un cin\u00e9ma-boutique de six \u00e9crans exploit\u00e9 par Ocine<\/p>\n

U<\/span>n cin\u00e9ma dans la cinqui\u00e8me tour de la Castellana. Le projet du groupe Villar Mir et de l’homme d’affaires philippin Andrew Tan abritera un cin\u00e9ma-boutique de six \u00e9crans g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Ocine sous la marque Urban, pr\u00e9sente dans le complexe X-Madrid de Merlin.<\/p>\n

Le complexe sera situ\u00e9 dans la tour Caleido qui aura une superficie de 1 258 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et une capacit\u00e9 de 440 spectateurs. Ce sera le premier cin\u00e9ma situ\u00e9 dans une zone d\u2019affaires, en l’occurrence dans le quartier financier Cuatro Torres, selon Europa Press.<\/p>\n

La cinqui\u00e8me tour, situ\u00e9e au nord du Paseo de la Castellana, comptera 35 \u00e9tages et abritera \u00e9galement l’institut de l’entreprise, un centre de m\u00e9decine avanc\u00e9e du groupe Quir\u00f3n et une zone commerciale.<\/p>\n
