La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 construira plus de cent logements dans la capitale, pour lesquels elle investira 24 millions d&rsquo;euros. Le d\u00e9veloppement sera situ\u00e9 dans le quartier de Ca\u00f1averal, o\u00f9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re a deux autres d\u00e9veloppements, totalisant trois cents maisons.<\/p>\n<p>Habitat a acquis un terrain de plus de 4.700 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et 10.400 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s de surface constructible. L&rsquo;entreprise compte actuellement 45 lotissements et plus de 4.000 logements en diff\u00e9rentes phases de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Le promoteur appartenant \u00e0 Bain Capital Credit a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2019 avec 102 millions d&rsquo;euros de revenus, soit 15 % de plus qu&rsquo;en 2018.
