David Shaw, ex-conseiller du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain et investisseur de premier plan, vient de racheter Multigesti\u00f3n Iberia, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en gestion de cr\u00e9ances douteuses.<\/strong>  Le fonds d&rsquo;investissement am\u00e9ricain g\u00e9r\u00e9 par David Shaw, pass\u00e9 auparavant par Morgan Stanley et ex-conseiller en sciences et technologies de Bill Clinton et Barack Obama, compte sur 23,5 milliards d&rsquo;euros en actifs g\u00e9r\u00e9s et pr\u00e8s de 1.000 employ\u00e9s. Il vient de racheter \u00e0 l&rsquo;allemand GFKL la plateforme Multigesti\u00f3n Iberia pour renforcer sa pr\u00e9sence en Espagne. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1992 et g\u00e9rant pr\u00e8s de 15 milliards d&rsquo;euros de cr\u00e9ances douteuses, Multigesti\u00f3n fait partie des 5 plus grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du secteur, apr\u00e8s la norv\u00e9gienne Lindorff, Akuta du fonds anglais Centerbridge et l&rsquo;allemande EOS.
