Chaque semaine, un nouvel investisseur \u00e9tranger s&rsquo;annonce sur la p\u00e9ninsule.<\/p>\n<p>Le fond belge Mitiska Reim vient d&rsquo;annoncer l&rsquo;acquisition du centre commercial Portal Mediteraneo \u00e0 Vinaroz (Castell\u00f3n) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en 2006.
