La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 espagnole et le groupe fran\u00e7ais finalisent les n\u00e9gociations pour injecter entre 80 et 120 millions d&rsquo;euros dans Dazeo, la <em>joint-venture<\/em> qu&rsquo;ils partagent pour investir dans le march\u00e9 immobilier espagnol, comme l&rsquo;a confirm\u00e9 le PDG de Dazia Capital, Daniel Mazin, \u00e0 Ejeprime.<\/p>\n<p>En mai 2018, Dazia et Eurazeo ont conclu un accord pour investir conjointement sur le march\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentiel espagnol. Le plan d&rsquo;investissement du fonds fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9voyait soixante-dix millions en trois ans pour effectuer des achats \u00e0 Madrid, Barcelone, Valence et sur la Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;incertitude caus\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus, les deux entreprises continuent de consid\u00e9rer le march\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentiel comme une opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;investissement et pr\u00e9voient de redoubler d&rsquo;efforts apr\u00e8s avoir investi ou engag\u00e9 les quatre-vingts millions d&rsquo;euros du premier programme de Dazeo.<\/p>\n<h4>Dazia maintient l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;investir 120 millions d&rsquo;euros dans le march\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentiel par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de Darya Homes<\/h4>\n<p>Dazia maintient l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;investir 120 millions d&rsquo;euros par le biais de sa filiale de d\u00e9veloppement, Darya Homes, bien qu&#8217;\u00a0\u00bbil reste \u00e0 voir si nous cl\u00f4turerons le programme cette ann\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.
